Well here's a couple of tips that I have come across whilst taking my gear on interstate jobs.

If you met me you would realise pretty quickly that I am one who thrives off having efficient systems and processes in place to get the most out of my working week. If you check out my blog on How to Best Organise Your Photo and Video Files you'll see pretty quickly that I like clear, consistent tips to get on with my day.

As an additional side note to this type of thinking, if you love systems and structure I strongly recommend the amazing Spark Planner Notebook that is sold out for 2016 but you can get on the mailing list for 2017.

There are 8 key things you should keep in the front of your mind when getting ready to take your gear on a flight. I was petrified the first time I let my equipment be hurled off into the airport abyss and saw it clunk along the conveyor belt so I decided to source a couple of ideas for keeping your valuables safer.

Note:// This is definitely not going to be full proof as you can completely avoid the crawling fingers of a lingering thief or clumsy baggage handler but you can try and reduce the effects.

8 THINGS TO REMEMBER

1. Keep a check list of all of your items -

Once you have done this the first time, keep a copy on your hard drive and print off each time you decide to go travelling. This is not only important to make sure each destination you go to you are checking your gear but also that you can cross check everything has arrived safely and nothing is missed.

2. Use a camera bag with a lock and a code to travel with interstate -

This is for photographers and videographers with quite a bit of gear. There are some awesome examples of safe and convenient Rolling Camera Bags at Lowepro.

3. Cling wrap the equipment bag after you have locked it -

I do this every time now as it seems simple enough but just filters out interest in seeing what type of bad this may be.

4. Carry all batteries in your hand luggage -

I have been called over the loud speaker at an airport to come all the way back after I was half way through the cabin baggage check in to take the batteries out of my camera bag. Be prepared for this - it can certainly be a nuisance.

5. Bubble wrap squares in the base of the camera slots for your lenses -

I know they have pretty decent compartments for storing your equipment but I still have that square in each of my lens compartments for extra safety.

6. Strap all of your tripod bags, sliders and stands together with either the tape provided by the airline or your own cling wrap -

Have these bags all brought together so that the baggage handlers don't toss them amongst other heavier items. I have had a stand damaged before so I have since found this method to be quite effective.

7. Ask to drop all your bags including tripod, stands and your camera bag in the oversized baggage area -

Even if your suitcase is the perfect size to go down on the trundle request to take it over to the oversized carry on area. This way they are handling these items with a little more caution and you can expect a little more care to be taken.

8. Never leave your memory cards in the equipment bag -

No matter what the journey is for, whether work or pleasure always keep your memory cards in a safe place alongside your passport, wallet, phone, laptop bag etc. Worst comes to worst, you lose the camera bag - as long as you have the client's content with you or your travel images with you you're still winning. This seems simple but you'll thank me for this habit.

These were just a couple of insights that I felt were important to share because it has taken me time to develop such habits and feel that little bit more confident when I fly out for a job or holiday. Remember, pre-planning is your biggest fan. When you can consider all the options that potentially could unfold before you then you are knocking objections on the head one-by-one before they arrive.

Did you enjoy these insights and tips?

Then subscribe to our mailing list here for more updates.

Don't forget to like, tag and share us on your Facebook account if you enjoyed this content.

How to Best Organise your Photos and Video Files

For many of us categorising our images can be a total nightmare to organise. So first things first, congratulations on reaching this page and learning how to get your photos in an organised manner.

GETTING STARTED

I know there are many of us tempted to simply create a new folder on the desktop and come back to it later but I guarantee you that this system works wonders once you develop it into a habit. The best thing about organising your files this way is that it makes for easy remembering further down the track. When you need to return to that important document or photo later, you have a clean, easy way of getting back to it.

NEED TO THINK ABOUT

When you first get your harddrive try and plan ahead about what you might like featured in each section. Think about the things that are relelvant to your daily, weekly or monthly tasks. Remember, efficiency is king and having an organised system will keep you from worrying about where you put that important document or file.

As you continue to grow your collection of important information or add new systems in place your file collection will also grow.

WHAT TO REMEMBER

Key things to consider when creating your filing system:

Always, always, back up on an external hard-drive.If possible, always, back up on two external hard-drives. Have easy-to-remember folders at the beginning (this will help you navigate through the different folders).
Try and visualise your business from start to finish and number the steps from 1-10 etc. This way you can think about where the file, photo or video file belongs in terms of the client experience.

Initial RAW images are in the Photographs folder.
The final High Res Images are kept in: Pupella Business Details --> 11. Client Documents --> [Client Name] Folder

Consider naming the files starting with the year and working backwards to month and day. It makes for easier filing by the dates descending the files sequentially. It is possible to simply do "20150307 - Dad's 60th" . However, for me, as a visual person I like to leave "space" for the opportunity to see clearer - (hidden meditation tip in there). Therefore, adding the dashes in between has made all the difference.

Check out the above images for greater clarity on how best to systematise your folders, files, photos and documents. Over and over, I saw how NOT to do Uluru on the cheap. However, I do enjoy a good challenge ;)

Best way to do this trip is with at least 4 people - economies of scale you can split the costs for travelling around and you also get to experience the hikes together where you can change person if you'd like some fresh conversation.

I'll be going into detail about tips on Uluru below, however, to get straight to the point for some of you click here for the . No subscribtion required, from me casa to you casa.

LET'S TALK DOLLARS

How much did it cost me to do this trip?

In total, including accommodation, rental car hire, entry passes, astronomy tour and return flights to Sydney for 4 days it cost me $550.00. This was going with 3 other people where we shared vehicle costs.

I have to say, that's pretty dam good.

Please note - the itinerary that has been provided is for a fairly active group of people, there are recommendations on the hikes you could do which require a relatively decent level of fitness. You're more than welcome though to begin some of the treks and make your way back on yourself of course.

ULURU EXPLAINED

Uluru, also known as Ayers Rock is a large sandstone rock formation in the southern part of the Northern Territory in Central Australia. It lies 335kms southwest of the nearest town Alice Springs and is home to the local indigenous people, the Anangu.

I may as well mention here, as you will quickly find out at the Red Cultural Centre that the local indigenous community are battling to have the Uluru climb closed forever. They are very protective of the rock and it holds significant and sacred meaning to the different local groups. They ask that you sign the petition to have the climb closed as it is creating irreversible damage. It is up to us as tourist to support the wishes of the local communities we are visiting, whether Uluru or elsewhere.

The following article will cover:

Mapping key areasMorning LightRental CarsAccommodationUluru PassesFoodKings CanyonCattle SpringAstronomy Tour

1 - MAPPING KEY AREAS

Wider View:

Closer View:

2 - Morning Light

I cannot recommend strongly enough that if you are going to spend the money and make the trip to Uluru you need to be up at 5am. No later to capture the right lighting. Too many people I saw running up the side of the track well after the beautiful light and been and gone and hoping to capture something amazing.

I had a window one day for no more than 20 seconds where the gold light hit the rock and it was literally like a beautiful flame shining brightly. Incredible - however, I needed the prep time to set up my camera gear in order to be prepped and ready to capture it.

3 - Rental Cars

Upon arrival at the small airport, get off the plane as quickly as possible and into your chosen car rental line. They are SUPER slow with getting you on your way so don't be caught at the back where you'll be waiting for ages. One of the lines was pretty much dead and I asked why they didn't have many people in their cue. Was it because you are a premium service or something? No. The lady responded. It varies each day - sometimes their line is longer sometimes ours. So hopefully you will have luck with this one.

We went with Avis for our car, it was decent enough for the four of us but it didn't have much baggage space so if you decide to bring a huge suit case maybe go the next model up.

Otherwise, carry on should work fine (it's hot after all - how many clothes do you need).

Note: - when making your drive to Kings Canyon be sure to stop off first to fill up before you make the journey. You will most likely make it if you don't but why add the extra stress.

4 - Accommodation

Uluru.

This is the interesting part about Uluru - the whole town centre is built from the same hotel company. There are just different degrees of "comfort" available to you. So depending on how cushiony you would like your pillow and how clean you would like the walls you stare at will determine your costs.

We comfortably stayed in the cabins that are available in the resort. Note: - You have access to all of the same facilities throughout the town so keep this in mind if you are considering booking the more expensive services.

Ayers Rock Camping Ground - Offers cabins that you can sleep up to 6. The swimming pool was decent here and definitely comes recommended after a big day out trekking.

This is close enough to the only IGA store, petrol station and cafes that are all conveniently close to one another.

Kings Canyon.

Staying at the Kings Canyon resort you can expect to have a fairly basic set up with the rooms however there are limited options available for the area. Don't get me wrong, the facilities are pretty good and when we were leaving they were also in the phase of renovating so I am sure that it will be more than upgraded by the time you read this blog.

There are rooms available that can sleep up to 5 with one double and 3 singles. After this itinerary you will be making your way to the room and passing out within seconds. Make sure you get up early and walk up to the sunrise viewing point for the morning sunrise. Ope, don't forget to boil a cup of tea to take with you for the wait.

The breakfast buffet is an option for you however if you would prefer to cook your own breaky there are utensils available from the general store in the resort that requires a $50.00 deposit that you get back when you hand back the equipment.

The breaky here is quite expensive per person for the basics:-

A cold buffet breakfast = $20.00 / person

A hot buffet breakfast for $30.00 / person

5 - Uluru Passes

The Uluru passes were almost the thing that stumped my whole itinerary. When you purchase the tickets it will be $25.00 / person for 3 days. However, what they don't mention is that you can extend this for an additional 2 days upon request. This comes straight from the national park rangers mouth who was manning the ticket entrance. It will help with the way we have set up the itinerary to get the most out of the trip.

6 - Food

As previously mentioned there is the IGA store for snacks for the journey including bottled water, fly nets and your cheese and cracker sessions. There is also Pioneers Lodge which has a great atmosphere with live music and pool tables etc.

Definitely be on top of the morning food session for the second Uluru outting as you won't have time in the morning to make breakfast and experience the sunrise togehter (unless you get up even earlier which you probably won't want to do).

7 - Kings Canyon

This is the only part of the trip that I strongly, strongly recommend that if the conditions are not correct for doing the trail then don't do it. We were fortunate to have overcast weather during our trek so we could afford to travel during the day. The typography here is incredibly unusual and you will definitely feel like you are walking around Mars or something.

*** MUST READ***

The place that you definitely want to try and get yourself to within the Kings Canyon Rim walk is the Garden of Eden. It could almost be missed BUT lucky your reading this thread because you will be aware when you cross the bridge that passes over the bush and lake below there is some signage at the base of the stairwell to make your way back up the other side.

It is here you will see a sign that says Garden of Eden with an arrow. Definitely do the extra 800m walk return. It is magical. I am not going to explain what it looks like you will just have to walk it and experience it. My partner and I sat in this sanctuary for almost half an hour with no one else coming and disturbing us once. It truly is a hidden gem that is considered sacred to the indigenous community.

Just one final note on this part - please DO NOT be disrespetful and swim in this part - you are covered in sunscreen that affects the fragile ecosystem of the area. Pay your respects and keep moving. Remember, it only takes a couple of individuals thinking they are the only ones being naughty to become a massive destructive tourism issue.

8 - Cattle Spring

This is a nice stop off on the way back that you can enjoy the history of the area. We were meat eaters but if you'd like to stop and try some of the local produce you can here. It's a quick refresher that can be a nice break from the drive back from Kings Canyon.

9 - Astronomy Tour

Do this. Do this. Do this. Why do you go to Uluru? To see the rock and to see the stars. It is incredible the beauty of the sky in its clearest form. Get the facts from the experts and come back from Uluru that little bit more knowledgable on our beautiful star system.

If you want the official breakdown of the itinerary in all its charts and table form, nice and neat. Check out my .

If you end up using this itinerary for your trip please definitely send us a message on how you found the trip. Can you consider the allegories used as a tool in this article to help keep your creative momentum growing?

Take this article either for inspiration, experimentation or storytelling opportunities - either way have fun with the concepts.

The internal and external surveillance of the mind is something that has consistently fascinated me over the past few years. As a lover of the arts and all things esoteric, I have indulged my life in looking through filters that create meaning out of experiences. Before you jump to the "X" button on your window however, I am suggesting meaning as a synonym for life lesson.

Don't get me wrong, I also have philosophical views available for how I perceive the world at Shinara's Theory on How the World Evolved. Check it out there for a profoundly different way of seeing yourself.

The following terms have been deconstructed into demonstrating new similarities between the internet and a creative way of seeing how our mind functions.

Google SearchWebsite AdsWritten ContentHash taggingNew Marketing Platforms

GOOGLE SEARCH

INTERNET- Lets start with the easiest idea for me to unpack. Google search is the mother of all search engines. For most, we first sit down at our computers and start our online experience with writing a question, searching a product, sourcing an image, and so forth in Google. We are then offered a variety of options on the topic with potential to be listed from all different angles.

MIND
- Now put this same concept to your thoughts and thinking about how your morning unfolds. You first wake up, first thoughts arise and stimulate a series of results for how your day will generally map out. This sounds simple enough but consider how you first wake up in the morning and what you think about will certainly be different to what I input into my search engine brain when I start my day.

More on this section after - let's build the picture first...

WEBSITE ADS

INTERNET- You've entered your search engine and decided to type in the term "brown ankle boots". First business to pop up is the fashion brand The Iconic. You click through to the site and browse online as a typical retail consumer and see a pair of shoes your fond of. You get to the shopping cart but like 70% of online consumers your bail-out-condition (that online marketers are trying to remedy), kicks in. Not to worry most established e-commerce sites can re-coup some of their buyers with a remarketing tracker to follow you around your website browsing. Now you have website ads popping up on your screen regularly with promotions and reminders you have previously given your attention to wanting you to consider their offer.

MIND- Let's have a look at the mind now. How does the mind offer the same patterns? I'll give two very basic examples of how to visualise this idea.

Getting your 'P' plates - I specifically remember that when I was a P plater on the road I noticed ALL THE TIME the number of P platers about. This stayed around until I know longer was one myself so I simply moved past the idea. You wake up thinking about what you would look like as a bald person and the rest of your day you for some reason notice more bald people - (hope I planted that one in your head now).

This doesn't mean you're "manifesting" this stuff or creating it with your mind power. It was there all along and simply means that what you give your focused attention to, you will see more of and therefore relate more things to the concept - whether consciously or unconsciousy.

WRITTEN CONTENT

INTERNET-The power of words- what an incredible tool they can give us. Words can make or break an idea from getting across the line such as, "the benefits and entitlements system" compared to "the social welfare system". A play on words can manipulate, influence or confirm the perspectives of individuals across the masses. When you read online content you scroll through pages of information with hyperlinks embedded throughout the blog thus offering information to deeper layers of understanding and resources. This helps build the story and visuals for the reader, as well as solidify the concepts the author is trying to portray.

MIND- Moving to our innate conscious stream - lets see this same written content as the inner conversational thoughts that continuously flow throughout our day. Let me set up the scenario for this:

You're a recent graduate walking into a job interview for a large corporate firm and have excelled well at your grades. However, you've done minimal self-worth training on your mind. The following is how your interview unfolds.

You enter the room and sit down in front of the interviewer- you type in to your Google search brain: "Will I know the answers to my interviewer's questions"?Your Google brain scrolls your mind and offers a list of resources that will assist you with the answer.Your lack of self-worth training has resulted in you clicking on the link with a description that says "10 Tips on how you could fail your meeting".You begin to read the internal blog you have clicked on in your brain stating all the negative reasons why you will most likely fail, and worse, they offer hyperlinks to other posts like "Why most employees don't choose graduates" and "Things you wish you knew before the interview". You have started working yourself into a sweat and can already see all the comments at the bottom of the post building up in your brain. All the naysayers of your past have come online and are adding their two cents as to why you will fail the interview. You then are asked a question - quick - new browser - Google search brain - "What do you know about the company?". You quickly type it in your head and recall the details you learnt over the weekend before your interview. Seems to go ok, but a new question is asked and you open new browser, and another, and another, and so on. You keep opening browsers and see the flashing box in the top corner of the browser with "new comment" from some other critic in your brain. You are getting slower at your responses and the lag time is increasing. You have to wait for the numerous downloads in your mind to catch up. You're trying to type new questions, but because you haven't closed down the previous conversations, which you keep hyperlinking to blogs such as "7 Reasons you Stuffed up That Question", your pretty much heading for a moment where you see the little spinning wheel in your brain going around and around. Time to reboot and you've lost your flow and the job.

For steps on how the same graduate enters the interview having done self-worth training click here.

HASH TAGGING

INTERNET- We all know the world of hash-tagging and how much it has impacted the online world including Facebook, Instagram and blogging etc. When we think about hash tagging we are taking our photo, post or blog to the world and placing it within a particular group and community of like-minded opinions. It categorises us into particular fields and we then start drawing in content from external marketers who have discovered that we are a perfect demographic for their particular product or service. Thank you internet for evolving to my desired needs.

MIND- The mind can also be seen as somewhat similar - let's think for example about how someone brings up the idea of "sea urchins" and you immediately start pulling all of the visual imagery about sea urchins you know into your conscious awareness. One of the images that shows up first is the picture of you and your ex, wading in the waters of the ocean and when you had unfortunately stepped on one. You find yourself bringing back the pain associated with your foot and you've created a new link between your horrible break up, the foot pain and now the idea of a sea urchin. The connection didn't originally exist, but you've recalled it now and created your new hashtag #shittyexs #shittyseaurchins.

You just opened a new marketing stream in your brain that offers future opportunities for similar experiences. Hello world of pattern recognition.

NEW MARKETING PLATFORMS

INTERNET- There is no denying that we are technologically advancing at an exponential rate. The internet is featuring rich and effective online platforms that offer businesses and consumers easier ways of managing their resources and their time.

New start ups are continuously emerging with a vast number never seeing the light of success. This problem stems from the intelligence of a business to leverage its talent and networks. It is becoming increasingly impossible to successfully establish an ongoing platform without leveraging roles from others more skilled. Not to say you completely lose insight of how they are managing the project, but there must be room for the team to grow and share their knowledge. It is also important for the business to remain consistent and diligent in its branding and vision so not to confuse the audience and potentially lose customers.

MIND- The same thing goes for the mind and how you as an individual are growing internally. There are many facets to which you can understand this similarity. Think about yourself as containing full potentiality which you are not tapping into.

You are continually creating and developing new threads of information as you move about your day. If you internally leverged these new connections you would create powerful and creative new ways of perceiving and sharing ideas that may not yet have been exposed to the world. The success of your internal framework comes when you ritualistically give acknowledgement to that particular idea and leverage its network. This can be the most benefitial thing you can do and also the most destructive thing you can do; it entirely depends upon the "business" you are giving your attention to and trying to get off the ground.

For example: -

You continually spend your time saying "I'm not smart enough for that".

Your internal team finds all the right "talented" components to help fulfil this "business". A self-fulfilling prophecy is being repeatedly worked on by you and your internal team of naysayers. You get to the end of your life and find you have not done the things you would have liked to. Congratulations - you established a successful business internally that met the goals and objectives you were aiming for.

You continually spend your time saying "I'm going to be a great leader for that".

Your internal team finds all the right "talented" components to help fulfil this "business". A self-fulfilling prophecy is being repeatedly worked on by you and your internal team of supporters. You get to the end of your life and find you have done the things you would have liked to. Congratulations - you established a successful business internally that met the goals and objectives you were aiming for.

STRATEGIES

Basically, the moral of the blog is you can take elements of the online world and apply it to your own processes and understanding. Give consideration to some of the following factors when you implement your method for overcoming the load of information that penetrates your attention.

Type in better questions to your internal search engine - ask better questions, get a better answer. Turn off your internal cookies - block out that which does not serve you, but tries to get your attention (a visual banner gives no useful information other than the offer - consider this like a negative thought too - it's just there but doesn't hold content or weight).Write a list of things you actually want to research and evolve. Keep giving more attention to these and have them as your safe word whenever something creeps in that doesn't serve your vision.Continual practice will assist overcoming the browser issue where you open up new tabs instead of starting fresh in a single one. Meditation can also help this process develop. More about this here. Consider some of the best artists in the world who continually journal, scribble, draw and ponder on the different ideas that float into their mind. Leverage the positive "talent" (ideas) growing in your mind, acknowledge their presence and start creating networks between them.
Consider that your hashtagging mind is taking note of what you want to put out to market. You are offering your mind's marketing team (which is actually your attention) future insights of what pools you would like to dip your toe in and be connected to.
Consider the hyperlinks you have branching from an idea. Your Google search brain offers many alternatives but it's up to you which link you choose to click on, consider and pay attention to.

If you want to get further updates on my understanding of the internal and external surveillance of the mind and how it relates to your story then subscribe to my blog.

Why Video Helps Customers Trust You.. Someone close and dear to me was recently scammed badly with a fake financial securities website. Now, they are an intelligent, hard-working director at a large corporate firm deceived by a business that nurtured them for almost a year over the phone discussing stocks from reputable companies. When the time came to make the decision to sell, the company gave no further contact and simply chose to ignore my dear friend.

This happens time and time again to honest and hard-working individuals, not only with financial services but also with retail products, online programs and other available services that can be leveraged via the internet.

WHAT DOES VIDEO DO FOR US?

Why have I become so obsessed with interviewing business owners and having them brand this on their website? For this exact reason...So that there is a face to the product, standing before the camera and acknowledging their authenticity and representing their business.

Dodgy camera sites, crumby wholesaler companies exporting out of China with slave labour markets, incriminating sites that disguise themselves as reputable and legitmate via stock images and fancy wording is wrong. It hurts and it's a damn hard lesson to learn.

WHAT TO DO

If you want to be an online conscious spender search for the websites where there is a figure head at the home page discussing and talking about their product like it is their first newborn child. Investing their energy, time and passion into a brand that isn't afraid to choose quality and sustainability over the implications of cutting corners.

Even with intelligent 3D glasses of precision investigation we sometimes can be deceived as online shoppers so be sure to look out for the following:

Consistent blog posting from the businessVideos from the company showcasing their storyOnline Youtube videos that gives supporting content that would be typically tailored to that companies product or service. References and testimonials from real life human beings. The written word is no longer enough we need to visually experience the message that is being shared by online businesses and know that we are being looked after.

I try and avoid fear-mongering posts as often as possible however, when experiences occur right in your own backyard its important to share a message that offers greater awareness to any potential hazards when browsing the web.

If you have had an incident occur online and discovered ways of resolving it please share your story in the comments part for others to connect and know how to move forward from such challenges.

If you appreciated Pupella's insight and would enjoy updates on our stories head to our subcription page here.

Don't forget to like us on facebook!

The Future of Public Spaces - Concrete Streets to Green Lane Treats

Recently, I was introduced to the incredibly grounded (scuse the pun) expert in sustainable gardening, Daniel Koch. He chuckled to me with his quick-to-note comment about how the boxes I was filming "didn't have anything in them". I responded with an attempt at sounding humble and honest by saying,

"Each one reveals a character or form inside it that is to be portrayed against a back drop with this surrounding laneway. It is not to answer any question but to change your thinking from the dangers of human routine".

He smiled at me, put out his cigerette and went back to his kitchen. Of course, I probably sounded quite pompous but it hopefully left him something to go away and contemplate on whilst delicately arranging his next customer's meal. This is the purpose of art - to elevate thinking. Whether it be formless or defined it must create conversation that the audience can leverage for inner self-reflection.

Why has this become more necessary now than ever before?

When looking into the history of art, you will see an organic change in style and form from defined and realist, to gradual expressions of formlessness and abstraction that have expanded beyond mainstream understanding. These marginal ideas and concepts embedded within art are the result of individuals daring to engage the inner workings of their psyche. It can be considered confusing and unreachable and so it should be. It is the dark side of ourselves that we are unwilling to acknowledge and prefer to cloud with "busy-ness". However, are the individuals who interact and engage in the subconscious tapping into something greater? Are they perhaps engaging with the collective conscience that resides within each of us? Are artists vessels for the expression that underlies all of humanity and therefore they reveal our current state of global consciousness. Afterall, what often resides within you mirrors within me. Don't we require the opportunity to understand one another in our truest form?

To be more direct - the world speaks about "being one". We are all One etc, etc.

What does this mean as a layman going about our day? It is all well to watch inspirational documentaries and listen to motivational speeches talking about our power to create love and peace on Earth but how is this actually possible?

Through selfishness.

Through alone time.

Through being uncomfortable.

These are the elements required of an individual to become themselves. You must find your ability to "know thyself" in order to share "your self". All parts affect the whole and therefore, what you suffer exists within me too but doesn't necessarily mean I will be affected by it. There are gurus and Masters who "hold space" because they have overcome the inner sufferings by being aware that thoughts do not exist as their own.

Contemplate this:

As you walk down the street you are being clouded and surrounded by "thought forms" that have been left and built up in the space by hundreds, if not thousands of pedestrians. Depending on your internal state of being you will either interact with the thought forms and therefore react or you will simply recognise that they are not yours.

When public art is introduced into a space it shatters the "staleness" of ritualistic thought forms that have existed for some time. Allowing those programmed to feeding themselves daily ideas that limits their potentiality and growth to now begin shifting into a new space of curiousity and yearning for creative expression. The individual may not necessarily recognise these ideas but their higher self has and this is then expressed via depression, anger, sadness and confusion. A person does not have to directly engage with the artwork for it to have had an affect on them. The artist has embedded within the work all the ideas, concepts and frameworks that share the enjoyment of self expression and thus will begin to overhaul the redundant thought forms already present within the environment.

I love this quote by Einstein -

"A human being is a part of a whole, called by us 'universe,' a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty".

When we understand ourselves as NOT SEPERATE this means that we can "HOLD SPACE" within ourselves that is nurturing, loving, comfortable and approachable. We then reflect these same attributes back within those who engage with us. It is why you would desire to stay in someone's company who seems happy all the time. However, if we hold anxieties and timidness, fear and manipulation we reflect this back within one another too. For those who may be unconscious of this they will go about their day thinking that the energies they are picking up are their own and therefore do not understand why they are so irritable.

These qualities within a person do not come without effort from the individual. It is no superpower and not something that is unreachable for all. It is about staying present with your intuition within your own body and recognising the subtlies of change. When this is present from healthy eating, exercise, meditation, soulful activities, art and connecting you will find more and more a relationship between you and everyone else.

If more people become conscious of this power within themselves, the world will dramatically transform from a fear-based reality to one of harmony and unity.

So moral of the story - we are on this planet, each and everyone of us as co-creators with the potential to share our creative expression in any form we choose to do so. In order for this to unfold at greater levels we need to divert attention from fear-based idealogies to public displays of self expression.

THAT is the reality and future we want to be a part of.

The Soon-to-Be Business Model

What will be the direction for business marketing in the coming decade? Trillions of landing pages with content and information linking pages, upon pages, together via hyperlinks and tracking methods etc. Many of these pages hold dark and unexplored content, many hold comical videos and stories, others focus on key facts for specialised industry etc. You get my point...

So the online world reflects back to us a mirror of our own inner world and potential knowledge. So what's the connection with targeted ads then? What if life was exactly the same? Daily, as spenders and as business owners we are sending out our "keywords" to our friends, to our acquaintences and writing on our vision boards for the universe to "get the message". So what essentially is coming back into your space and environment as you broadcast patterns of your own choosing? Your friends refer you to someone for a particular role or task because you broadcast this aspect of yourself as qualified to do so. Benefitial in this instance, but others not so much. What if you are sending daily "keywords" of things that don't serve you but you're not even conscious of it?

So what could shift this and break the habit of "online" and "offline" targeted ads or "energy confirmation" patterns whirring around in our brains? What could breakdown the system that is boxing us into specified interests and groups and bring back the potential for diversity?

The following business model:

Business = Artists = Developers = Councils = Planners = Community etc, etc.

The following is unfolding in business - I know - because I'm a part of documenting the process:

Businesses collaborating with local councils and gaining the support of local land owners and other business owners can potentially result in site specific locations for artists and designers to develop works and share their ideas and creativity in a public setting. This changes the landscape of the local area and brings art to the streets in a fun and interactive way. It also addresses concepts and ideas that audiences never exposed to such artforms can begin to build an understanding with. Therefore, fresh conversations can begin to unfold and be highlighted by a wider audience. This isn't just an incentive to get battling artists off the ground and into the work force though, it is about collaborating with the right people to build a sense of community - something that has been lost in the disillusionment of our consumer-driven society.

Business is the fundamental concept behind all things in motion in this current age therefore it is our leaders in business that must make the "conversations" start. Fostered relationships with local areas or communities across borders is the number one attribute socially conscious spenders should be looking for in businesses. This isn't a matter of if, it is a matter of when. If you look at ads by the big gurus Microsoft, Telstra and Google for instance, they have introduced the stories of artists who are creating solutions for the recycling of products or projects being brought together by mind mapping gurus. The big guys get it, the world wants to now see companies leveraging their man power and building platforms for creating more than just a product - their creating a legacy.

For more information on where business is heading connect with Pupella Creations here.

Like what we write? A timeless skill necessary to business as it encompasses the qualities for creating change. Are you wanting to tell a story? Have you thought about taking your customers on a business' journey as you develop and find greater clarity with your message and vision for the future?

The main thing about storytelling isn't the product, it's about the process. People want to be shown rather than told what is unfolding and they like to experience the story visually with something that is interesting and credible. What's the authentic beauty that lies within the walls of your business?

It seems easy enough to simply say this is who we are, this is what we do and this is how we help. Certainly, this should be the mantra placed above a business owners desk to remind them constantly of how they help others and what their message is but to put together an original story there has to be something more. Something that makes their audience say " I want to be a part of that community".

Today, more then ever, business has become about building a "tribe", a "community" or a "group" that helps support and strengthen individuals within the network. This is a positive step towards building a greater sense of connection between people and generates more common ground for people to share their interests.

For an emerging business, or an established business that has not yet created this "sense of community", a story will be important for developing and building an online tribe. Some of the key questions to consider when putting together your story are:

Who are you? What is your business about? How do you help people? Why do you do what you do?What makes you stand out from similar products / businesses on the market? What's your call to action? How should people engage with you to take the next step?

What's in a story?

For those of you who follow my style I am pretty obsessed with an idea that rampages across art campuses; indirectly features in movie scripts; and is the topic of modern science for the quantum world. The field is a much-loved topic of conversation for many and the "weight" of a story holds more than simply brand awareness. The field is the incredible space between us that offers rich energetic information that triggers a response within us. When a business owner or entrepreneur can share their heart in their message they will soon discover that "the business story" can shed light on new creative outlooks and opportunities that will "resonate" with their audience. A person may or may not be drawn to a story depending on their own views and experiences. We're walking antennas really...

When you share an inspirational story with your fellow beings you assist them along their journey to stay uplifted and motivated, as well as rise above and beyond their own comforts and self-beliefs. When someone delivers a message of focus, purpose and direction it sets a benchmark for customers to strive for their own dreams and creative output. This is the true message of business - finding stories that serve as an example for the customer to attain their own potential and offer them solutions or products to assist with their personal growth.

A point to consider when thinking about stories is not to lose focus on moral instructions or preaching to your potential audience but to give them new perspectives on how to simply "experience and see the world". Layers upon layers we have, built up from a lifetime of thoughts and pattern development. So depending on your filters, your view of the narrative will be determined by your own unique perceptions.

What's in a story?

Some of the most beautiful stories are embedded with intricate allegories that suggest a deeper meaning or more general meaning than to its surface meaning. These are the stories that can be read and interpreted by the enthused listener or reader. Could we ever see an allegory to our own story?

Shinara is an enthused storyteller with a passion for sharing the stories and visions of enthused entrepreneurs who are creating or moving in the direction of amazingly awesome products and services that support sustainable, eco-friendly and co-creative solutions.

To follow the stories of leading entrepreneurs and game-changers in their patch click here.

What it takes to Entrepreneur your thang...

Energy, ideas and time… ope.. and the entrepreneur.. I've been reading up on the typical characteristics of unique visionaries who shape and mould our societies into where we are today and what we'll be seeing tomorrow.

Lets start with energy

What are some areas we can focus on to maintain a generally healthy and optimum energy balance.

* Nutrition and Food *Exercise *Rest/ Sleep *Meditation

And I am also going to say the type of people you invest your time in – are they energy vampires or energy boosters? Give attention to this because its important to how you feel.

From studies by Elias Carayannis, it seems these factors were generally compromised in place of workaholism and a burning desire for delivering on their passion.

What if there was the alternative way though of "making it".. I'm seeing succesful business leaders in the market who have created a lifestyle by design so it has to exist right?

I’m not going to go into the details of how you can optimize your well-being and health (it's not my speciality) but its important to get an accountability buddy to keep you in check and make sure you are on track to getting shit done.

A text message each morning from a friend simply saying “you’ve got this” or “did you get your meditation session in?” is invaluable to your development and focus on maintaining the ritual.

You could be the accountability buddy for a friend also, so find someone who you feel comfortable with and start implementing incrementally small new habits into your regime to change your mindset.

Got it... What next?

So you’ve established all of these new habits and this has taken months, if not years.. Your body feels great, you are feeling grounded internally and you have patience and clarity like never before. What’s opened up now? What’s happened with your space and time?

The more efficient you become in a task and activity the less time it takes to complete that activity. You are creating gaps in your mind which if not filled with something either contemplative, grateful, fresh, new or rewarding will creep in as boredom or anxiety with little voices saying “this is it?” or “what are you doing with your time?”.

So.. whilst evolving and expanding with greater clarity and efficiency don't forget that continued learning and development brings you into alignment with the amazing potential you are continuously evolving into.

So why the interest in Energy, Ideas and Time?

I’d like to see what makes an entrepreneur tick. How they function as a human being living in their own world of the unknown constantly. Sitting in their space of uncertainty but also delivering on the idea that they set their mind to.

This interest me because Pupella Creations is all about focusing on the messages out there. Where? Out there.. In marketing land... I see the world moving into a space where the norm is to hear the authentic stories of creative visionaries. Those leaders who are working at the forefront of society and forging new paths for us to venture upon. Business leaders finding sustainable, conscious-driven solutions that deter us from the old methods of using resources we know are in depletion mode.

So what about that entrepreneur....?

Carayannis notes the descriptive view of the entrepreneur is seen as extremely focused yet flexible, demonstrating a relentless intensity of purpose while adapting that purpose with nimble dexterity when events unfurl and conditions change. Moreover, the clever entrepreneur will accurately predict events and conditions before they occur, so that intelligent strategic positioning is at play. An entrepreneur is an agent of change: they know they are the seminal actor who conceives and implements the new business venture, developing a new economic entitiy from ideation to functional reality. The entrepreneur assumes the risks of forming a business or enterprise, organizing and managing every facet of its emergence.

I laughed when I read their quoted titles of entrepreneurs as “obsessed maniacs” and “clairvoyant oracles”. The term “obsessed” might be best described as “possessing a compulsive preoccupation with a fixed idea”. Whereas the study saw “maniac” as “one possessed of an excessively intense, enthusiasm, interest, or desire”. “Clairvoyant” was defined as “having acute intuitive insight or perceptiveness” and finally, an “oracle” in its most generic connotation is "a person who can offer wise counsel or prophetic opinions".

To understand a little more about what the entrepreneur’s objective is I must first share with you the definitions of both invention and innovation.

INVENTION…?

Invention is a singular event, born of science, research, discovery, creativity and serendipity – and invention does not always impact or influence technology.

INNOVATION...?

Innovation is an interactive process: the cultivation of knowledge, materials and methods into economic practice for improved competitive advantage, born of engineering, development, customization and evolution; plus science, research, discovery, creativity, and serendipity.

I looked into the views of authors Hindle and Lubar who stated that invention is the creative origin of a new process that enables innovation. Innovation in turn has a social, economic and financial impact.

I like the idea that Astebro and Thompson (2007) affirm, noting that the entrepreneur must be a business jack-of-all-trades with substantive technical savvy and a project manager extraordinaire. This is needed in our fast-paced 21st- century commercial environment.

Entrepreneurship seeks to shift the founded means of economic creation and control, strategically reappointing economic resources from established pathways to innovative pathways.

When we look at the main sources behind economic activity, we can see it is namely, land, labor, capital, technology and entrepreneurship as identified by Adam Smith, Ricardo, and Joseph Schumpeter. Intrinsic in all these inputs is knowledge, which has been increasingly the key source of value added to most human endeavors.

The data produced drew conclusions to two theoretical constructs:

Sustainable entrepreneurship –

The creation of viable, profitable and scalable firms that engender the formation of self-replicating and mutually enhancing innovation networks and knowledge clusters, leading towards what we call robust competiveness.

So this is basically noting a co-operation between the networks and businesses to build the awareness within the market and get the innovation of the ground and momentum happening.

The second is:

Robust competitiveness-

A state of economic being and becoming that affords systematic and defensible “unfair advantages” to certain entities. It is built on reinforcing the low technology, medium-technology and high-technology public –sector and private-sector organizations ( this includes government agencies, private firms, universities and non-governmental organizations).

So to rest in the space of “sustainable entrepreneurship” it seems the following characteristics are considered desirable.

I looked at the study, which involved 33 entrepreneurs who were given open-ended interviews conducted under confidentiality agreements. A series of questions were asked to identify the personal characteristics of the individual. The study also noted that when you have relentless, self-confident pursuit of your vision you represent specialized and exceptional thinking, learning and decision-making.

Starting with personal characteristics the key theme components that were listed include:

Knowledge, experience

Creativity, innovativeness

Natural Salesmanship, ability to sell,

Ideas, persuasiveness

Exceptional credibility, reputability,

Intelligence, analytical ability

Knowledge of what they don’t know

Knowledge of what is outside personal span of control

Egocentrism

Aggressiveness

What traits they demonstrated for activiely positioning themselves for opportunity included:

Resourcefulness

Vision, seeing what others don’t see

Innate entrepreneurial personality

Intuition

Idealism

Entrepreneurial upbringing

Adaptability

Versatility

They did acknowledge that “happy accidents” would unfold often and many shared habits of:

Workaholism

Personal Ambition

Perfectionism, control issues

Exaggerated optimism, passion, excitement, loving what they do

Risk affinity

Integrity

Looping all the way back to the beginning I spoke about Energy, Time and Ideas. Having the energy and time to “see ideas” … How can you implement this perspective of the budding entrepreneur into your own practice and lifestyle?

What can you refine in your own skills and career that gives you more mind space to create? Giving your workplace greater efficiency? We don’t have to be the forefront visionary but we can learn from them and develop our own unique style of leveraging our inner creativity.

10 Things to Think About When Getting Involved With Your Inner Self

REMEMBER YOUR IMPORTANT DAILY MIND FOOD "While we are caught in fear and trying to plan our way out of fear, we aren't able to see all the beauty that Mother Earth offers us. What is DIFFERENT about the methods and business practices of these leaders?

Well... We'd like to say that 10 Things You Need to Be Aware of When Getting Involved With Your Inner Selfthey live and breathe their practice of doing inner work. Dedicating energy, time and focus to their internal states of being. At Pupella Creations, we understand deeply that the concepts and values of life that you innately believe in are woven intimately through your business and therefore your customers perception of the business.

10 Things To Think About When Getting Involved With Your Inner Self

Create "You" Time - Above and beyond essential and this will seem simple enough to the learned gurus however for those who haven't been granted this space yet, it's important you create it. Critical Point - Development is painstakingly incremental at our deeper level -You have to learn to be so patient with yourself and practice awareness of it being about the journey, the research, the new ideas.Meditate - The power of meditation can not be explained effectively by someone, it has to be given a chance and practiced. If you haven't meditated before jumping straight in and trying to commit will be like another fad diet strategy. Put the words "MEDITATE" up on the wall somewhere near your bed and forgive yourself if you miss it for awhile. Keep practicing coming back to it though.Read books- Not talking here about blog articles or magazines. Give your thoughts a massage with stories that offer the reader the opportunity to get absorbed in new insights, creative visions and journies of discovery.Say "No" - Practice this at every opportunity you have that does not serve you. Be aware of when you are triggered and don't feel obliged to offer an explanation.Practice in your mind (or out loud) talking to Mother Nature -Sounds silly but visualise sitting with your partner or friend in the kitchen knowing full well they are there but never acknowledging them. Doesn't feel great right? Doing random acts of kindness to strangers will increase your awareness faster - Giving without gaining something in return sends a message out to the universe saying, "Hey! Random acts of kindness are a good thing" - you'll start to see more and more of this around you then.Observe other people's use of language - Here's a big one! Words are powerful - THE MOST POWERFUL - and I will have an article coming up shortly explaining this in greater detail. When you observe someone's word choice you gain incredible insight on aspects and traits of your own nature. Frequency attracts frequency - as you become more conscious, the conversations and "word choices" of people around you changes too. Spending time each day writing down questions increases your awareness throughout the day - When you stretch your mind and clean off the top layer of reoccurring thoughts, you allow new insights to flourish in your day. Find a person who has different conversations to the circle of people you normally engage with - This includes work folk who you think you can start the "random weird question session with and have a laugh" but doesn't work. You're in your head with these people. You are practicing finding someone who makes you have an inner a-ha moment with yourself. Something that is intimately special to you and you only..

** BONUS AND OPTIONAL A lot of my growth and development came from working continuously with a kinesiologist and chiropractor over the past 3 years. I have developed "space" that offers me the opportunity to not place judgment on many aspects of my life which therefore creates non-judgment on many individuals who come in contact with my path. We only place emotional charges on others when we have not yet done the inner work on ourselves. This is the beautiful purpose and art I believe of life - that we are trying to develop and practice the techniques of self-awareness that promotes our understanding of the next beautiful transition out of this world.

Shinara's Theory on How the World Evolved

Want a new way of seeing the world which I don't think you would have ever come across online before? It's my favourite past time to make connections and this is the conclusions I have come to.

It took incremental steps to find and build my "Why", followed by many attempts at giving it focus. The hardest part was findingmy message, so "downtime" and journalling were always accompanying me to reset and change the course - often for a path that was foggier and more unclear but I continued my practiced and made sure that it was at least mine.

So this isn't an article giving dot points on the breakdown of meditation as referenced by a professional practitioner. This is a conceptual theory based on research and reflection, as well as, experience - (I did my Master's on understanding thought as a form). I'd like to explain why we are literally the stars..... ;-)

WHAT DO I WANT TO ULTIMATELY SHARE HERE?

The aim of this article is to breakdown my concepts of the universe and give a sturdy foundation to my perceived view of reality. Our perception of the world is questionably a construct that has developed from years and years of engagement and what may be regarded as conscious or unconscious reflection and adaptation. I'd like to express how all religions are correct in their interpretation of the universe. By the way - it will take awhile before I get to the reason for meditation.

THE SINGLE MOMENT

Ok... Lets start with "the single moment" - this will vary for people depending on what measurement they are using i.e. nano-second, second etc - (irrelevant). A single moment can be understood as "the now". Lets take "the now" and not include a human observer onto its fabric of reality. It would look something like this:

Next, lets take an observer and introduce them to the fabric of reality and see what their thought forms do to the space:

THOUGHT FORMS

These are our building blocks of reality and aren't a bad thing - they can be understood as the energetic signature that results from your inner being's current frequency interacting with the perceived "now".

Two things need to be broken down here -

How is our frequency determined? Where is the perceived "now" being drawn from?

So, lets look at frequency.

Bruce Lipton, a world-leading scientist talks about the relationship of the cell membrane and its function as "the brain" of the cell - (see here).

He states that the membrane receptors respond to both physical and energetic environmental information. In a harmonic energy field, receptors will change their formation. When the cells sense the environment as fearful they start producing the right chemicals and activities to try and accommodate this belief. When the cells genuinely perceive the environment with love and joy they will produce opposite results.

This sounds good - but what does this mean? Where does this put us? We still seem individual, small, in a vast universe trying to say "yes, I love that" and "yes, ah, I think I can love that" to maintain a frequency?

My theory would be the correlation of the cell and its membrane are similar to our frequency as a conscious being and our field and how we are impacted from the cosmic environment.

Let's look at the question of "where is the perceived now coming from?".

OUR RELATIONSHIP TO THE STARS

Firstly, the stars have a "signature" of their own. Cecilia Payne and Annie Jump Cannon were two remarkable women to have worked tirelessly on developing an explanation for the composition of stars. Payne's thesis can be noted as "one of the most brilliant ph.D thesis ever written in astronomy" - as noted by the distinguished astronomer Otto Struve.

So moving forward - what did their work look like?

Cecilia had shown for the first time how to read the surface temperature of any star from its spectrum. She revealed how Cannon's ordering of the spectral classes were indeed a sequence of decreasing temperatures and she was able to calculate the temperatures.

What if I went major SUPERNOVA on you "now"?

Our thoughts appear to be a stream of consciousness continually flowing to us with little to no stopping from the moment we wake. Do you remember in the Lion King Simba telling Timon that the stars were our ancestors? Could this be based upon truth?

What if "the now" was created from the energy signature of stars both old and new. Every "splice" of time, every "second", or "nano-second" is a thought form that exists from the history of our ancestors, as well as the thought forms from those around us today. It is their stream of consciousness we are continually leveraging until we choose to direct our focus elsewhere.

What does this look like?

This diagram represents the cosmic quadrant an individual is currently energetically rotated towards. This will be different for everyone and is not a physical direction but an energetic reference.

This diagram demonstrates how in every given moment we are orbiting across space taking in thought forms (travelling light) from thousands if not millions of stars (individuals) over hundred's of millions of years. This theory could also give an explanation to why time is not linear, as well as why our "spirit" is non-localised and quantum theorists may be confused by "spooky action at a distance" and quantum jumping.

And YES, I did say that I am theorising that every given moment the thoughts in your stream of consciousness aren't all your own. I have actually experimented with this.

More on this later...

So as we are orbiting our way around the galaxy we are being exposed to the star signatures of those either present or who have come before us. As their light travels across time and space we come into contact with their signature more often than we realise - this is what you could call our "thought patterns" and the patterns that have been engrained in our family lineage for generations and would exist deep down in our subconscious. The light that is travelling from a distant star would be encoded with data and information from the star's own stream of consciousness across their lifetime - this would be data both energetically and consciously interpreted.

So where does the information come from if it is thought forms from previous stars? Everytime "our star" is receiving the stream of consciousness from other stars we are encoding this "new" perception of reality on our own light band. This gives us the exact same "brain power" at the moment as that of our dear friend "the computer- read/write". We can see for many folks the majority of their waking day is the result of a conditioned environment. For too many of us our light band is reinterpreting information but not creating new content.

Not what we want to hear...

THE FIELD

Many of you may have heard about "the field", the electromagnetic energy that surrounds our body and gives off an electrical charge. The binding relationship between your electrical field and your current frequency state determines your level of awareness of the data you are interpretting as it streams into your "now".

How so?

Let's say you have no perception of your expansiveness in the universe and you see yourself as individual and one. Your conscious state throughout your lifetime is influenced by the thought forms and light trajectories of those who come before you and also from those existing in your current time period. You are like a tiny person on a boat with gigantic deep sea waves coming at you with no grounding - you simply must hold on for the ride.

Why?

It seems like a paradox by saying you "see yourself as one" so you must be out of control and then saying you need to establish your own "inner island" and begin to create stability within yourself because will help expand your field (which is also your island)....

How do you do this?

MEDITATION - MINDFULNESS

It seems a rising trend in meditation and the yoga lifestyle has become apparent in the Western world in the past few decades. This is great news because it offers more people the opportunity to find their own inner light and start creating an internal island to get grounded upon.

There are many different techniques for meditating and some concentrate on the breathe, some concentrate on the heart and others may practice visualisation. Lets think about what we are doing when we meditate.

The most basic task required of our body appears to be the breathe - without it our ability to sustain life is short lived. So when we focus in on the breathe we are literally drilling down deep into our subconscious and finding the oldest thought form that exists within us. However, this may seem like the oldest thought form but a step further is the relationship with the light within you - your light band, (essentially your star). When we concentrate on the light within our heart we are telling our own light band to "hold off" on checking in with other thought forms coming from distant stars and give attention only to ours.

Then what happens is the waves are no longer washing against an unstable boat, but instead are washing against an island that is starting to form within you. You have now becoming an energetic island of stability (based upon your field expansion) where the waves of other thought forms can no longer reach the centre of your sacred space.

When your internal system is grounded you are open to creating your own beautiful and creative stream of ideas, thought forms and playful activitites. Now don't think that this is all fun and games - when you become more conscious about writing on your own light band you are flying blind and hence the anxieties of unclear horizons. This is where you must have faith that when you nurture your frequency and co-create with other beautiful souls you can be rest assured that the outcome will generally be one touched with your purest of light. If it doesn't go to plan though you can bring your attention back to your heart - (look up these guys for techniques on this here).

When you REALLY find your internal stability through practiced training your expansiveness moves beyond your own island and starts to expand out further and further. Pushing your field so far out you push it to the outskirts of the universe. Where there you find the oldest and purest of thought forms (stars) that started our creation. It is there that you look back and see you have expanded out so far that you become aware of how loved you have been all along by those already in the expansive form. These souls are holding the frequency for keeping such thought forms alive. Our oldest stars may cease to exist, but the ghost of their light lives on over time and is picked up and carried forth by the enlightened stars both past and present.

What information do the oldest stars carry? Well you can see them disappearing on our planet now. What are we choosing to ignore? What are we not giving attention to that is becoming less and less? On the outer most skirts of the universe are the purest thought forms of God (or Source) that appear to us as plants, rocks, forest, clean water, animals, ecosystems and all forms of nature. When your field is pushed out so far beyond the waves of influence of the surrounding stars you realise you have become a contributing holder for the rest of the world and that nature in all its forms exists in the hearts of humans.

LET'S LOOK AT THE DIFFERENT RELIGIONS USING THIS THEORY

Jesus said this better than anyone,

And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work shall be. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Looking at the message of Jesus what does he speak out to the world? When we hear the words "in Jesus name" are we not unconsciously continuing the frequency of all that Jesus encompassed on his light band?

But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.

Within all our stars spectrums we have full potential to be evil and good. Our sun looks on as we transfer information between one another and still shines whether we interpret it through our fields as positive or negative.

LOW FREQUENCY ----------------------OR---------------------------->>>> HIGH FREQUENCY

Our beautiful traditional elders, tribal communities, monks and groups who practice all day gratitude and awareness for nature are the most sacred people we have walking the planet at the moment. They consciously practice holding gratitude and awareness for nature within their hearts.

WHAT ABOUT BUDDHA?

What are some of his words of enlightenment?

It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell.

So you then begin to realise that within you, you have the power to expand out beyond the conscious streams of others and exist as a shining star within your own quietened heart and mind. You contribute to holding the frequency for all of nature's beautiful creations. No one can take this information from you once you hold it in your heart.

When you remove yourself from thought forms that do not serve you, your field expands and you can then look back upon those same thought forms with love and understanding. Like the ouroboros. However, the best way to do this if you can not remove yourself from particular thought forms at present is to find "space" in your day to introduce the opportunity for new ideas and experiences. This will begin to increase your frequency and therefore open up more of the spectrum of that original thought form.

WHAT ABOUT THE VEDAS?

"Do not be led by others, awaken your own mind, amass your own experience, and decide for yourself your own path." -The Atharva Veda

"An ignorant man is lost, faithless, and filled with self-doubt; A soul that harbors doubt has no joy, not in this world or the next." -Bhagavad-gita 4:40

"Not in this world or the next"... Your lightband will be touching the souls of others once you have passed. The frequency that you resonated with in your lifetime will be the "wave of influence" that will touch people in the future. For those who are aware of their own light band and not influenced by the conditional spectrums of others your lack of joy and love will not impact them however there will be millions that will be touched by your thought forms.

When your frequency is low, you tend to interpret the information that is coming at you as negative. You can't see the "divine in that person"; "this person always grinds my gears"; and "that person is always trying to upset me". Your electrical field becomes more finite because you are limiting the potentiality of "their spectrum" which automatically reduces yours. Your field becomes smaller and you therefore find yourself as seeming seperate from it all.

You live life conditionally and may only touch on "your own star" when moments of quietness "seem" thrown upon you. However, this is your own inner light sometimes finding opportunities for clarity to give you a sense of "you-seeing-you-as-you". Usually, following an incident where your frequency was elevated from an experience or event.

WHAT ABOUT THE TORAH?

And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every [word] that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live.

Beautiful words and once again, we can relate this back to an individual not being God (or Source) but how we, like the Buddha and history's enlightened individuals, could possibly hold the frequency for being a carrier of "Source's thought forms".

SO WHAT TO DO IF YOU'D LIKE TO BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE A STAR AND CERTAINLY NOT ALL YOUR THOUGHTS?

The ultimate thing to work towards is becoming a co-creator. A beautiful star shining with authenticity, creativity, gratitude, love and self-belief in your impact on human consciousness. Becoming aware of your macro-impact and your micro-impact. Not only are you influencing the "space" when you enter a room you are influencing millions of individuals coming across your light band as you exist in the now.

This is also how we could understand rapid expansion of the collective consciousness or how two people from opposite ends of the world could simultaneously come to a conclusion on a particular idea.

I have so much more to write on this topic so if you'd like to stay tuned then be sure to subscribe at my website and follow Pupella Creations on Facebook.

Literally LIGHT and Love,

Shinara

xx

Thinking about connections...

Our world is made up of billions of different worlds with each of us perceiving this giant ball of earth, fire, water and air in our own unique ways. This region is almost untouched by Western culture with little to no influence by that mega industry we have that we like to call 'tourism'.

When this assignment popped up from Act For Peace, I wonder why I always have 'left-field' opportunities come into my life. What lesson or personal growth was to be discovered whilst coming to this area?

The project was based on getting community stories. Narratives, which would hopefully connect with the Western world at a deep enough level to have them contribute to community support for our neighbouring regions.

It's difficult to return from such a trip when you realise the minimal amount of money required to create projects that the communities request - (not what western communities think they need). The resources required are ridiculously low and yet it helps hundred's of community members in getting their feet off the ground. I get that the world lives as regions where wages in the area are generally relative to the costs of living.

At an Australian local level, I see such great and fruitful positive changes occurring whereby people are wanting to 'go organic', 'get healthy' and 'start a regime', maybe even connect with their local communities. These are wonderful programs being introduced as it is offering people greater clarity and momentum to want to engage with their environment. I am hoping that this current trend of wanting personal wellness will become something that they wish their fellow country neighbours can share and therefore contribute via means they have available to them. I love seeing more people becoming 'aware' of their individual impact and how this affects the global community. It seems we hear about more and more people becoming engaged with such practices and hopefully with time it will spill out over time to start being implemented as the 'norm'.
